Rooted Landscape & Design was founded in 2010 out of a conviction that a landscape should be designed for the people living with it, not just for curb appeal.
We're based in the Franklin area and work across Greater Nashville, pairing formal design training with a builder's understanding of how outdoor spaces actually get used through the seasons.
Sixteen years and 800-plus properties later, that's still the whole approach: slow down, design it right, build it to last.
How It Works
We walk the property together and talk through how you want to use the space.
You receive a detailed site plan, plant palette, and fixed-scope proposal to review.
Our crews build to the approved plan, with your designer checking in through the process.
We hand off a maintenance schedule so the landscape matures the way it was designed to.
